One of the key mission of this organisation is to improve learner-teacher Engagement and learner participation in the classroom,by uplifting learner self-confidence.
It strives to offer learning advises tips and support by providing a dependable common ground between learners and tutors.
There should be dependency amongst members of the team and professionalism is enforced and exercised to inspire a transparent and ethical workplace. Every member must be accountable for their mistakes; also they must be aware that it is part of learning. Engagement in terms of innovation or ways to improve is advised also to make the working environment fun for team members. Self-confidence and freedom are upheld by allowing room for mistakes and improvement.
Prior to the launch of the project, the values, ethics and good conduct are drawn by input of every member of which they are subject to Change or enhancement by the permission and consent of every member.
Purpose
The Initiative aims to curb the issue of the fundamental subjects that seem to be challenging pupils. It also exists to Offer moral support, advice and Motivation to pupils struggling in class because of different types of challenges that may emanate outside the classroom.
Mission
The Initiative aims to change the current statistics, and achieve higher pass rates especially in Mathematics, Physical Sciences and Accounting in Rural or rather disadvantaged Communities. To stimulate learner participation in classroom thus boosting their confidence.
Vision
Improve the education standard and perception through intensive tutoring, support, motivation and mentoring
GOALS
1. To employ well skilled volunteers across the country to tutor in their neighbouring high schools by march 2014.
2. To reach schools those are technologically inaccessible, by Nov 2014
3. To have at least more than 25 volunteers in each region across the country by Jan 2015.
4. To reach schools outside of South Africa, That needs our services by 2017.
